The Central Africa into chaos determines the intervention of the UN and France

The chaos in which we find the Central African Republic , could lead to a new French intervention on the African continent , albeit with the backing of the UN. The central African country is on the brink of genocide and pour into a food and hygienic condition very difficult, also the atrocities committed on the people by the bands that disrupt the country have resulted in over 400,000 displaced people out of a population of about 4 trillion inhabitants. The anarchy prevailing in the country is due to the inability of the rebel coalition came to power last March , to enforce the law , because of the few actual available, about 2,500 men and few resources available and this favors the sliding the country towards a civil war because of the power increasingly in the hands of armed militias. Further aggravating consists of the religious clashes that are taking place between Christians and Muslims , which could degenerate into ethnic conflicts , contributing to aggravate the chaos in the country . In this context, it is estimated that approximately one million people are in a condition of malnutrition due to lack of food, which the state of the country is doing to become chronic . The intervention of the Security Council is given almost for granted, the UN should send about 6,000 men , which should be to assist the African Union military force . Even France, which in the former colony has a contingent of 400 men , should increase its workforce to restore order in the African country , but only after a UN resolution , which is scheduled for the beginning of December. For France, it would be the second intervention on the African continent in a short time , after the adjustment made in Mali. The USA also observe the unfolding of the situation so worried and announced a contribution of about $ 40 million to the African Union force , because they fear that the evolution of the disorders lead the country to become a huge base for Islamic terrorism. The doctrine of Obama, not of direct intervention , it is so concrete in financing forces engaged in the field and to the blessing of the interventions of the closest allies , in this case France, which , by virtue of the old colonial ties , they still have direct interests in the countries crossed by internal problems . The fear of the expansion of Islamic terrorism on the African continent through even the UN action , which does not move only for certain humanitarian interests but is driven by reasons of international equilibrium , in which the terrorism must be properly packed .
