The Syrian opposition tries to give a government

While estimates of the International Peace Research Institute in Stockholm said that 71% of weapons imported by the Assad regime in Syria, for the period 2008-2012, from Russia, revealing what the actual attitude of Moscow on the Syrian civil war despite all declarations for a solution of peace, the Syrian opposition, meet in Istanbul to reach agreement on how to manage the conquered territories and the continuation of the conflict. The Syrian National Coalition, an organization recognized by many countries as a representative of the people of Syria, its leaders are engaged as part of organizations with significant differences with respect to each other by their common opposition to the dictator of Damascus, who must make the crucial decision whether to opt for an interim government or a solution that includes an executive committee with powers smaller. Candidates for the office of head of government are twelve, this figure reflects the profound differences that underlie the lack of unity of the Syrian opposition, the reason that has enabled Assad to prolong this conflict without incurring a defeat that could have put an end to his regime for some time. The need to directly administer the conquered territories, which are located in the north of the country and in need of an administrative reorganization deep to deal with the emergency medical and humanitarian course, would require a rapid decision, however, the debate is not part of shared positions, which can allow a faster choice. The questions concern also the effective ability to achieve a synthesis by the Coalition, through the choice of a steering system is sufficiently prepared. Do not seem to be no doubt, however the need for the physical presence of the government in the process of formation, directly on Syrian soil, a government in exile that exerts its action at a distance is not considered able to work and would be a sign of weakness against the regime in Damascus. However, there are minority views that do not like the interim government, but rather a dialogue with the regime, with the obvious exception of Assad, to form a coalition government and by the opposition of members of the Syrian parliament. This solution is apparently intended to find a way that can stop the carnage taking place and that can keep what's left of positive bureaucratic state administration. This would be the position preferred by Washington, merely because the entry in positions of power of members from the formation of Islamic extremists, while the preference of Turkey and the Arab League are, however, the formation of the interim government, perhaps more controllable, because of the aid. Damascus sees the formation of the Provisional Government of course with great hostility, because it would be the achievement of an agreement between his opponents, which could be the beginning of the end.
