Seven European countries are united against Islamic extremism return

The phenomenon of Islamic extremism that often results in religiously motivated terrorism is increasingly a factor of concern to European states . The issue mainly involves the recruitment of fighters from the old continent , for the war to Syria , not only on the opposite side of the regime, but also the democratic opposition and also to the Russian areas of the Caucasus, where extremism is combined with the ' religious affiliation , such as aggregating factors against the close in Moscow. The problem affects both the flows outward , that return of these fighters , indeed, for the internal security of the European Union, the factor of greatest concern is precisely those who return from the front, which often is characterized by a high military training and a high level of religious indoctrination . These people experience a disorientation remarkable return in European societies , which do not share the values and ways of life. At best , but always negative , assumptions turn themselves into recruiters, but at worst can become terrorists prepared to hit targets even seemingly non-sensitive . You configure a state where they can live two different addresses : one is even a single person can be a sleeper cell , activated at any time , impossible to control , and that can play a variety of roles ranging from those who carry out the attack without suicidal intent , to the suicide bomber , the other a single completely free from any organization that thinks and plans his own attack . These case studies are a potential highly dangerous for Western companies , because outside of organizational networks and therefore hardly predictable , so as not to allow an enforcement action prior to the terrorist attack . Analysts believe that falls into one of these case studies the recent bombing of the Jewish Museum in Brussels. A common strategy at EU level should already be programmed through formal meetings, but just the attack in Belgium has given the urgency of a first contact by seven European countries, who feel most vulnerable to this phenomenon. It is France, Belgium, Spain, Germany , UK, Holland and Denmark. The intention of the interior ministers of these states is to find a common understanding on stiffer penalties to extremist cells together and facilitate the exchange of information among the investigators. The estimate says that more than 2,000 fighters returned from the war in Syria , they, once back in Europe , enjoy free movement within the European continent , by virtue of the Schengen Treaty . A first intervention identified is to change the mode of use of the registry passengers, expected as early as 2011, which would force airlines to supply data to the authorities of each passenger with details of the origins and destinations. The EU already has this data and provides them to the U.S., but paradoxically not share them on the inside, between its member states for reasons of privacy. It is understandable that an unlimited access to these files , which also contain biometric data of passengers, by the police forces of different states may be an element of prior investigation of the highest level . Well here goes the actual unit of the European Union .
