The United States ten Arab countries form an alliance against the caliphate
The United States can build an alliance with ten Arab countries to crush the caliphate. The mission of John Kerry starts therefore with the best wishes, but has to deal with notices of Moscow, which continues to support Assad and Turkey's position, which will give its availability only to humanitarian aid. The center of the alliance will be Saudi Arabia, which, thanks to its political, military, economic and above all religious, should be the focus of the fight against the Islamic State by Sunni Arab nations. This aspect is considered fundamental to Washington, in fact the United States has repeatedly stressed that the war against the caliphate should not be understood as a religious conflict, but as the fight against terrorism; in this perspective, the descent into the field of what can be considered the leading country of the Sunnis, for his religious influence and because it is home of the holy places of Islam, must be the greatest strength of the alliance policy. The military strategy should include attacks on the two sides of the area managed by the State Islamic Syria and Iraq. If the latter, there are problems for American air operations, from the Syrian side, Damascus has already stated that the United States should agree with the Assad government for entry into heaven Syrians. Syria, in this attitude is supported by Russia, which continues to support the regime in Damascus and that does not waste every opportunity to raise the comparison with the United States, following the Ukrainian question. For the White House, the biggest dilemma is the need to agree with the Assad military action, if this were to happen it would be an implicit recognition of the authority of the regime in Damascus. More likely that the United States intend to use air corridors manned by the rebels, both to help, which ones to fight, not to have to incur a drop policy, nor in any military reprisals by Assad. At the same time it is likely that the USA, in agreement with Arab allies, increase their aid to the rebels Democrats, who should be the force on the ground to oppose, in the first instance to the men of the caliphate and later to those of Assad. This is because the American intention, often repeated, not to deploy troops on the ground should not be changed. This assumption, which remains a staple in the Obama policy in compliance with the commitment made to the electorate since his first term, must also be respected by the Iraqi side. On this front, it relies on Kurdish fighters, while the regular army Iraqi American instructors are also provided. According to the Secretary of State to the forces in the field may be added troops of Arab origin, probably with the approval of the Arab League, that with the support of the American aviation shall be sufficient to defeat the troops of the Islamic state. The only American troops in the territory will be the ones charged with protecting the American installations, such as diplomatic missions or military logistics bases and functional activity of the Allies. Of course, from the military point of view, the United States will strengthen their presence in the bases of the Persian Gulf, which will also serve as the departure of the aircraft and drones directed against the Islamic state. Covenant not officially joined Iran, but the collaboration with Kurdish fighters and official way with the Americans themselves is now a fact. As for Turkey, the limited partnership to the operations of a humanitarian nature wants to mean a clear distancing from those regional powers such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia, which have been shown to profoundly adverse to the Muslim Brotherhood movement, repeatedly supported , also publicly by the turkish country.
