The situation of migration, starting from Libya to Italy, crossing the strait, which divides the two countries is becoming more problematic for the humanitarian consequences and highlights, such as the Italian country is left alone to face this emergency. The situation is considered very serious by the United Nations that have appealed to other European countries to help Italy, not only in border control, but, above all, assistance for migrants. The problem has existed since the presence of the Government of Libya's Colonel Gaddafi, which regulated the amount of migrants, to put pressure on Italy and Europe, for economic aid and political recognition. After the fall of the regime in Tripoli, Libya is in chaos and there is no institutional authority able to manage the phenomenon on the African coast; on the other hand, the phenomenon of migration has increased because of the wars and famines and the fact of being a source of secure income for organizations that manage human trafficking, among which are included the Islamic fundamentalists. The migrants are subjected to violence of all kinds and a particular attention should be paid to children, who face family without the journey of hope.
