The difficulties of Jordan in the management of refugees and the Western inefficiencies

While the European Union discusses on financial aid to Turkey, in a non-functional perspective to the resolution of the general problem of Syrian refugees, but only in order to resolve differences between European internal members, Jordan complains managing a situation on 'verge of collapse from the reception point of view of Syrians fleeing the war. The need for material and financial support is not directed only to Europe but to the entire world. The political and humanitarian availability of Jordanian country to accept refugees is out of the question, what are starting to miss are the resources to continue practicing this assistance. The volume of refugees welcomed by the Jordanian kingdom is estimated at about 600,000 people in a country with a population of just over 6,000,000 inhabitants, with a then report a refugee for every 10 inhabitants, a proportion impossible to conceive in the rich West . The difficulty of managing this mass of people from the practical point of view, which goes inevitably to invest the health issues and public policy, are enormous and require resources that Jordan is not needed and should be insured by the United Nations under which fall within the auspices of the refugee camps. The real danger is Jordan no longer able to meet the requirements, even limited, of the refugees and their leaving the country by taking the migration route westward. The situation, as well as dramatic, is becoming a paradox: a small nation with a limited gross domestic product, which sees a sum of about $ 4,000 per capita per year, must take responsibility for much of a problem to which the rich countries try to escape. What may happen is a relapse on the balance of the country and of the same settlement, where refugees live in conditions to the limit of human possibility; At the same time the resources reclaimed from the country to fulfill this reception create problems to the same Jordanian economy, more and more private resources. We must reflect on how the West has faced, without any planning, is the conflict between Israel and Palestine (which generated before the war several Syrian refugees to Jordan) and the Middle East unrest, which resulted in a mass exodus from those regions crossed by the conflict. The unpreparedness West, such a predictable phenomenon, is a source of great embarrassment and provides a feeling of amateurism of the rulers, but even worse is to persevere in error, without adequate reception and support policy to those countries that can supply, even with the limited means available, the Western inefficiencies. Of course this is only part of the problem, however, allows us to understand why the state of deep inadequacies they live in Western states about the problems of refugees and the Middle East war, specifically, and about international politics more generally. The result is that the so-called rich countries can not even delegate other nations in tasks that could play quietly with their disposable income, which does not even want to invest to avoid problems that alter the internal balance. The European case is an example: a lack of planning and forecasting of the phenomenon and followed a management, if possible, even worse, it is in danger of undermining the union order and he did emerge clearly as the fundamentals of Brussels they are not shared by all members. The shortsightedness of the central institutions and the most important states was a concurrent cause of this state of affairs, together with the adverse attitudes of the eastern states and Great Britain. But this is also true for the United States, which have not included an admission policy even sketched. What emerges is that this behavior contributes to world chaos in a scenario evolving, it characterized almost entirely, by the absence of key points in the global diplomatic scene.
