North Korea launched a ballistic missile

North Korea would carry out a launch of a ballistic missile, possibly capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, from a submarine, in front of its east coast. This launch is the latest in a series of other launches were performed in open contrast with the resolutions of the United Nations, against the use of this military technology, as seems to Pyongyang. The fact denounces the constant danger looming on the Korean peninsula, because of the excesses of the regime of North Korea. The causes of yet another provocation by Pyongyang seem to be of external order and internal order. Regarding the international scenario, the launch marks the umpteenth impatience with Pyongyang, to joint exercises, now become a yearly, between the armed forces of South Korean and US. The purpose of these exercises is to prepare the defense of Seoul from possible attacks from outside, especially from North Korea, which has repeatedly threatened the South Korean state, both verbally, and with hostile military acts. It is one of these threats, the statement by the DPRK, the ability to launch a nuclear strike against Seoul; the intention would be to exercise a preemptive defense of North Korean territory against the presence of US forces in the Korean waters. It must be specified that these threats are repeated every time these exercises are carried out with this repetition you can read the will to Pyongyang to put pressure on its population. On the other hand the danger of these military actions, leads to raise the Possibility that an accident capable of causing an escalation. As for the home front, the launch of the ballistic missile, must be put in relation with North Korean army operations would be doing in the demilitarized zone, present between the two countries. The Pyongyang forces, in fact, they would be placing a great deal of mines from the northern side of the border. One option, which is being carefully examined, would be that the operation could be directed, not so much to South Korea, as well as toward domestic opponents, including many soldiers, who would try to flee to the south. The meaning of this operation might look, then, to limit the escapes from the country, caused by poverty and famine and an otherwise impossible to express dissent. In this regard we must remember the flight to South Korea, the second highest diplomat in the present North Korean embassy able to London; a clear signal that even in the ruling classes of the country, the level of discontent is increasing.
