Kerry in South East Asia seeks a dialogue with Pyongyang

In his diplomatic tour in Southeast Asia, the U.S. secretary of state, Kerry, during his visit to Tokyo, while warning Pyongyang for its behavior, has launched obvious signs of peace to North Korea.
