Currently it is undeniable that the role of Germany is different than in other European countries and that the power of the direction given to him by economic power, should give it a political autonomy that encroaches on the sovereignty of other states, with an invasive capacity that can even configure a new case for international law. All this happens in the virtual absence of contrast of the other states, which are influenced German so that now seems resigned. The need for a new balance of the Community institutions to relaunch the program of political union is therefore particularly urgent to balance action that Berlin has made too pervasive in a context not more equal, but with a member with a real power, although not sanctioned, more of the other members of the union.
