The European Union wants to punish Italy, Croatia and Greece for failure to register migrants

The intention of the EU to open an infringement procedure against Italy, practically a punishment for failure to register migrants entering on Italian soil, is emerging as yet another bureaucratic obtuseness, a result of application of the standards developed by out emergency and behind clear demand for some well-European politician's defined groups, using a difficult situation for purely electoral. The fact then that we have wanted to unite Italy, Greece and Croatia, stressed that the aim is solely punitive to three states, which, in fact, were not at all helped by the solution of the emergency in which they found themselves invested. Certainly looking at only the data, what emerges is that only one in three migrant has been registered according to European directives, but in Brussels bureaucrats lacking the proper discernment between application of the rule and the emergency has occurred, in which individual invested nations have had to cope without Community aid. Especially Italy is committed for years by their own means exclusively to the recovery of migrants crossing the stretch of sea separating the Italian peninsula from the African coast, located in the southern Mediterranean. Roma took their ships and supported a huge financial commitment, without any support, if not statements of solidarity of circumstance, to literally save the lives of desperate people fleeing war and famine, unfortunately, not always succeeding; In fact, with support of the European Union that union, which now wants to fine Italy, could have been avoided several of those shipwrecks which have caused many victims. Sure, probably, it was decided to focus on the rescue and first aid for refugees, rather than staging centers, while provided for by European legislation, for the identification of migrants. Part of the reason for this choice is due to the validity, now overtaken by events, the Treaty of Dublin, which provides that the migrant remains in the EU country that first reaches. The apparent discrepancy of this rule, which obliges us to keep migrants, against their will, in the countries bordering the EU, has generated equivocal responses by more than one government, that he should bear the costs of the financial Maintaining a large number of refugees. To this must be added that the intention of the majority of migrants is to seek asylum in countries that do not coincide with the goals of coming to Europe, but who identify with the countries of the north, where there are already communities in the country of origin or simply because they were considered able to provide more opportunities. This intention has never been too taken into account by legislators in Brussels, who are planning to prevent people who have invested everything, not only financially, but also their very lives, of an improvement, identified as only possible in some countries than to others. In this logic the destination countries, such as Italy, Greece and Croatia, are the starting points, a sort of humanitarian corridors to achieve the goals envisaged. Developments this summer, where Merkel, who has decided to grant asylum to all Syrians, led a friction between the German chancellor and his party, which has forced Berlin to an afterthought, identifying border states of Europe topics such as making the bill of divergence within the majority party in German. It should also count the effects of the attacks in Paris on hold immigration, only that the provision of open infringement proceedings against the countries of the border, is hardly a remedy but looks like a kind of recourse do apply at their respective opinions public, not to recognize organizational deficiencies prevent attacks and an amateur attitude in the face of the terrorist threat. Do reveal that among the refugees there are unregistered bombers, what also can not evade the issue of security, which must be tackled in a different way, especially in the case of France and Belgium, by controlling its citizens, especially those who are returned from Syria, presumably as foreign fighters of the caliphate. After the victory of the French National, Brussels is shown not to have learned any lessons and to continue to not take into account the perception of the citizens, or to align with the most retrograde positions, hoping to make up ground, but taking a completely wrong. In both cases, the long-awaited turnaround of European bureaucracy is slow in coming.
