China and the U.S. seek to ease tensions mutual
On the basis that the two superpowers have to find a common ground based on common interests, rather than emphasize their differences occurred the bilateral meeting in Beijing between Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry. The delegations of China and the USA, who meet once a year in a joint forum, which aims to maintain the dialogue between the two countries, have found themselves after a period in which the respective ratios were crossed by numerous tensions . However, the results of the meetings were allowed to bring to a state of the negotiations for the drafting of a treaty of mutual protection of investments, reduction of pollutant emissions and, in particular, have initiated the discussion of regional security issues, which have been on the basis of diplomatic clashes between Beijing and Washington. The shared awareness, a state of tension between the two states can evolve into something more dangerous, both for China and the U.S., which for the entire planet, brought representatives of their respective countries to the conviction of the necessity to set aside the patterns of confrontation in favor of greater collaboration. It is an interesting starting point to develop a peaceful relationship from which to derive the stability of Southeast Asia, real crux of the dispute. China fears that the U.S. policy of expansion across the Asia Pacific and the Yellow Sea, the U.S. may seek to limit the action in Beijing. In fact, for the Obama administration, the central question is, do much to move the focus of the White House to the region from areas that would normally have been subject to a greater American control. The reason is twofold: on one hand it comes to markets, both in terms of production and commercially, with huge potential and not yet cast; the other is strategic territories for both the passage of maritime traffic, which of enormous importance from the point of view of strategic and military. In the region, there are also historical allies of the U.S., Japan and South Korea, as well as new allies, such as Vietnam, claiming that the American presence, after which China has invested huge sums on the rearmament of its armed forces. Conversely, China believes the area almost his exclusive area, at least from the point of view of international relations and does not admit the U.S. presence. Compounding the reports are then came the contentions of several islands, which are a clear strategic interest, not only between China and other countries such as Japan and South Korea, but also relating to the line of territorial waters. All these factors have caused and raised tensions between Washington and Beijing, after the American capital is deployed, both in terms of diplomatic and military with our allies in the region. All these issues are far from resolved and the forum in Beijing has certainly not exceeded, beyond the statements of Kerry, who speak favorably of the birth of a peaceful country and who reject the American desire to contain Chinese expansionism. However, the meeting can not register that as a good thing because it lays the foundation for a process of stabilization, albeit difficult, widely needed just to maintain good relations between the two major states of the planet, which, inevitably, follows the global peace.
