In Pakistani territory would act fundamentalist groups, which would have required the affiliation to the Islamic state and would thus have carried out the attack to give evidence of their intentions. If this hypothesis is true for Afghanistan could emerge as a dual terrorist threat: the Taliban and the interior of the groups from Pakistan, putting a strain on the viability of democratic institutions.
