The prosecution of terrorism in India to the Italian military is dangerous for international relations

The story of the Italian marines , held captive in India for a controversial murder case of Indian sailors , mistaken for pirates , took an unexpected development . The Indian authorities have decided that the two soldiers will be judged according to the law in force in that country, terrorist activity , a willing lawyer called , precisely , anti terrorism. The first apparent anomaly is to judge a tragic incident as a terrorist act , but the second , much more serious in terms of law and international relations , is to put in the dock , not too indirectly , to another country, the ' Italy , as the instigator of the terrorist act itself.
