Ukraine: the pro-Russian accuse Kiev of violating agreements Minsk

The fragile armistice, on which the truce between the forces and the Ukrainian pro-Russian separatist, could be jeopardized by the breach consisting in the use of heavy weapons. This condition is part of the agreements signed in February in Minsk; the rule provided for the withdrawal from the forefront of the weapons with a caliber greater than 100 mm. According to observers of the Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe, the withdrawal of these weapons has never been completed. The accusations of pro-Russian Ukrainian army are directed to have used weapons with caliber 152 mm, that is, precisely those which concerned the agreement. But the charges are reciprocal, as well as deaths caused by both sides for the respective use of weapons. The war Ukraine from April of last year has already resulted in 6,500 casualties and attempts to arrive at a definition of the conflict never reached appreciable successes. Despite this, the separatist republic of Ukraine eastern states have started unilaterally even the withdrawal of weapons with caliber less than 100 millimeters, as a tangible sign of a peace initiative. In the negotiations in Minsk there was a proposal for the withdrawal of these weapons, but in the end had not been approved. Withdrawal of these weapons would be a signal to arrive at a more relaxed situation between the two sides. But Ukraine refuses every possible and further sale of portions of its territory and does not seem inclined to treat without the positions are restored. According to sources of the pro-Russian, the separatists would have removed from the front line more than 40 tanks and 84 armored vehicles for infantry, unilaterally, but this decision may be reviewed if the attitude of Kiev should continue. The attacks of the regular Ukrainian, worn with heavy weapons are at the center of the accusations of the separatists and actually do not demonstrate a willingness tangible peace. The perception is that both sides are tired of the conflict, but that irreducible elements, of the two sides, continue to fuel the ongoing war, fomented by international larger. Meanwhile, Russia accused the EU of fomenting Turkey about the matter for the Turkish minority in the Crimea, which could be subject to severe discrimination. Behind this maneuver there may be agreements between Moscow and the country turkish for the construction of an oil pipeline, which has, in fact replaced the one in the project between Russia and Europe. It is not known whether the Russian accusations are true and if there is a plan to discredit the Russian country and provoke a conflict with Turkey, however, the possibility, though possible, seems more a Russian attempt to ascertain the real will of Turkey to cooperate with Moscow. One should not forget that Turkey is still a member of the Atlantic Alliance and cooperation with Moscow, at this stage, it is definitely not well seen by the United States. As for the Ukrainian conflict, it seems to have passed into the background compared to the events of Greece and fight the Islamic state, but continues to be a source of constant danger from the perspective of regional stability and diplomatic relations between East and West. The achievement of the signature on the Iranian nuclear issue, which have worked closely both the US and Russia, it might be a chance of a resumption of dialogue between the two powers to get the definition of the Ukrainian question in order to restore peace in the country.
