Obama against climate change as a result of pollution

Obama, free from the constraints of a new campaign, launched an ambitious plan to reduce emissions and defining it as a moral obligation to ensure that future generations a less polluted world. The core of the program is to dramatically reduce the use of coal to produce electricity and then convert the power stations with this combustible. The instrument identified will be the increased use of renewable energy, a sector that should see considerably increased the total investment to date dedicated. Investments that will be of direct and indirect, through a policy of tax incentives that can carry private resources with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of the environment. For the President of the United States are to be regarded in a very important, even the benefits induced, able to reduce direct costs of more and more natural disasters that are occurring, not only in the US but also in the rest of the planet and that, besides causing destruction with obvious economic benefits, they are also the cause of increasing food shortages, which result in substantial increases in migratory movements. The greenhouse effect has caused a rise in temperatures, which is directly related to emissions, resulting from the use of materials, the cost of which has fallen dramatically, but that involve more contributions in terms of health, environmental prevention, restructuring following disasters and reduced quality of life. The need, identified by the tenant of the White House, is to face the consequences of climate change and reverse the trend that has established itself in recent years dangerously; it is an ambitious goal, that only a president at the end of his term may face so clearly and net. Of course Obama can only lay the foundations of this program, and then entrust it to his successor, provided that the new president will agree with these aims and agree colliding heavily with many lobby, representing the interests of the extractive of coal. Hillary Clinton, the most likely candidate of the Democratic Party expressed its agreement with the environmental issues raised by Obama, the rest in the US, there is a very broad movement that puts environmental issues at the top and this program will only be accepted favorably; However it is likely that this issue can do win support for the opposing party: in fact one of the possible Republican candidates Jeb Bush, spoke of undue interference in the sovereignty of the energy policies of the individual federal states and the difficulties that will arise in the coal industry, with the closure of mining sites, which cause a large number of unemployed. In fact, the balance of employment could be close to zero, because, while it will cause a decrease in jobs, on the other hand, the magnitude of the planned investments, estimated at about 8.8 billion dollars per year until 2030, with a cut harmful emissions by 32%, offset by an increase in renewable sources of 28%, should contain the loss of jobs. Obama's move aims to have a positive impact at the international level, where, as an ally has already found the Pope, author of an encyclical on the environment. But also in the newly industrialized countries, such as China and India in, the theme is increasingly central to the domestic agenda, because the economic and social costs, that pollution is causing, constituting a source of increasing attention by citizens, who often gather in groups to put pressure on governments to reduce the impact of pollution on the environment, even at the expense of economic growth considerable.
